Have you ever wanted to get creative but just not sure how? Then this workshop is the event for you.

Join us for a day of crafty creativity and learn how to paint a portrait of your dog. In this practical workshop, you will be guided by a professional artist, Caroline Marshall in the art of pet portrait painting. You’ll learn all the basic skills needed to indulge in your expressive side and be taken through each phase of portrait painting step by step.

All materials will be provided on the day, including acrylic paints, paint materials and your own keepsake canvas….be prepared to bring your own apron though, finding your inner artist can be a messy job!

Aside from learning the basic skills of creative painting, you’ll also be working alongside a team of other budding artists, from beginner and beyond, giving you a chance to socialise. You’ll even get a complimentary glass of prosecco to help those creative juices flow.

So what are you waiting for? Sign up today to find your inner Picasso!

Further Information

Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day, but you will need to bring your own packed lunch.

Painting can be a messy job so we advise that you bring your own artists apron or alternatively, wear clothes that you don’t mind getting colourful. Professional artists’ acrylic paints will be used and clothes splashes will not come clean from a wash.

You’ll be learning to paint your pet portrait from a photograph. It is essential that the photograph you use will need to be of your dog face on (or as much as possible) and will need to be of A4 size and good quality. If you’re unsure that your photograph is suitable, you can email a copy to us prior and we can check this for you. Simply attach your photo to the email when you send us your completed booking form.
